67A FATHER'S HEART

LINK

A FATHER'S HEART

HE SHALL TURN THE HEART OF THE FATHERS TO THEIR SONS
AND THE HEART OF THE SONS TO THEIR FATHERS,
LEST I COME
AND Smite the land with a curse.
Mal. 3:24

The word "FATHER" has an enormous meaning in the Bible.
When Jesus was about to leave his disciples, he said
"I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU AS FATHERLESS;
I WILL COME TO YOU." (John 14:18)

Jesus was like a father to his disciples, and the Holy Spirit is like a father to us.
We need a father to feel secure. We need someone who rejoices in our progress and exults in our victories. Someone who strengthens us in good, forgives us in evil, and cleanses us and heals us.

We had a visit from Lena Løbner, who, among other things, told that one day she realized that Abraham was also her father in faith. It was as if something fell into place, and she gained peace in her life.
Paul writes that:

"HE (ABRAHAM) SHOULD BE THE FATHER
OF ALL THE UNCIRCUITED WHO BELIEVED" Rom. 4,11
It is a powerful thought that Abraham loves you as a son or daughter, and rejoices in your faith, together with God our FATHER.

WE NEED BOTH GOD AND
GOOD HUMAN FATHERS!

In Hebrew, father is called אב Av, but we know it best from the Aramaic Abba. If you go back to the time when the Hebrew letters were images, the two letters of the word were an ox and a tent, which gave the meaning strength in the house, prosperity in the house.
The first letter א aleph which was also the image of a also is also a word for precisely ox, which is called עלעפ אֶלֶף

The second letter בּ Bet is almost identical to the word for house Bajit בַּיִת,
and originally it was a drawing of a tent.
When the father is in your tent there is strength, prosperity and life, for the source of all life is present.
Perhaps the greatest problem for man is the spirit of fatherlessness. Envy, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc. stem from a feeling of being abandoned and overlooked.
What suffering could not have been avoided if the father's love came in with presence and guidance.

The last verse in the Old Testament is about restoring the relationship between fathers and sons Mal. 3:24

HE SHALL TURN THE HEARTS OF THE FATHERS TO THEIR SONS
AND THE HEARTS OF THE SONS TO THEIR FATHERS…

Malachi points out that the fruit of the Messiah’s coming is reconciliation between generations, …and the fathers are to take the first step!
GOD CALLS US TO BE FATHERS
AND MOTHERS WITH A TRUE FATHER’S HEART,
JUST AS GOD IS A FATHER TO US.
May God bless you!

66 CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD

CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD

GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS IMAGE, IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED IT, MALE AND FEMALE HE CREATED THEM. Genesis 1:27
In the Lord woman is nothing without man, and man is nothing without woman; for as woman came from man, so also man is through woman; but all things are of God. 1 Corinthians 11:11-12

I read an article by a gerontologist - a researcher of aging - about man as a biological being, whose purpose in living is exactly the same as other biological beings. Regardless, each species requires a certain amount of time to grow, develop, and reproduce. The duration of this life span is usually called the “essential lifespan of the species,” the age that a sufficient number of individuals of a species must reach in order to reproduce themselves.

For us, the essential lifespan is around 40-45 years, i.e. that we need a maximum of 45 years to complete the process of growth, maturation and reproduction. For certain bacteria the time is a few minutes, for fruit flies a few days and for example mice 12 months.
The gerontologist also writes that it seems unique to us that “becoming human” also involves language, art, culture and society.

I agree with the gerontologist except that he is missing the most essential thing that can be said about humans, namely that WE ARE CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD!.
The Bible tells us that everything was created by God, but only one species, namely humans, was created in the image of God. WE ARE CREATED TO KNOW GOD AND DESTINED TO LIVE WITH HIM both here and in the world to come.

It is wonderful for a believing Christian to think that one is a painting – a picture – that is being painted by God himself.
God is God if all the lands were desolate,
God is God if all men were dead.
About generations dizzy, among the starry horde
Countless swarming in high heavens
God's crop.

65 LEAVES vs. JESUS VICTORIAL DEATH

LINK

LEAVES vs. JESUS VICTORIAL DEATH

When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, they were overcome with guilt. They hid in a corner of the garden and tried to cover themselves with fig leaves.

THEN GOD MADE
GARMENTS OF
ABIMILE SKIN AND WORN THEM FOR ADAM
AND HIS WIFE.
Genesis 3:21

The leaves hid their shame, but to cover their sin, the old covenant required a sacrifice. It could be the sacrifice of an innocent animal or something else as we read in the Old Testament.

WHEN JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS,
HE BORN OUR SIN, GUILT
AND
OUR SHAME SO THAT WE WOULD
NO LONGER HAVE TO MAKE SACRIFICES.
HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF OUT OF
LOVE FOR US
IN OUR PLACE

Under the new covenant, we must therefore put on Christ and accept His substitutionary death, and not believe in our own works.

BY THE GRACE OF GOD
YOU ARE SAVED THROUGH FAITH
IN CHRIST.
FOR FAITH DOES NOT COME FROM YOU, IT IS A GIFT FROM GOD.

SO SALVATION IS NOT A REWARD FOR THE GOOD THINGS
WE HAVE DONE,
SO THAT NO ONE HAS
HAVE
THEREOF.
GOD HAS MADE US WHAT WE ARE, NEW CREATIONS IN CHRIST
JESUS, TO LIVING A RIGHTEOUS LIFE, WHICH GOD
IN THE FIRST PLACE
WATERED
FOR US.

Eph. 2:8-9
By His substitutionary and atoning death on the cross, He provides the covering we need. The sacrificial animal was only a picture of the eternal Lamb of God, Jesus, whose death provided atonement for all who believe in Him.
If there is sin or shame in our lives, it can be cleared away by accepting Jesus Christ into our lives.

He alone can bring forgiveness and set us free from condemnation
CHRIST HAS REDEEMED US
FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW,
BY HE TOOK OUR SINS
ON HIMSELF, AND HIMSELF ENTERED
UNDER THAT CURSE.

FOR IT IS WRITTEN,
CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS
ON A TREE.

CHRIST DID THIS
SO THAT THE BLESSING
WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ABRAHAM
MIGHT NOW ALSO BE GIVEN
TO THE GENTILES, THAT WE ALL
THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST
MIGHT RECEIVE THE SPIRIT WHICH
GOD HAS PROMISED. Gal. 3:13-14

64HOME TO FATHER…

LINK

HOME TO FATHER…
Luke 15:11-24
The story of the prodigal son is probably one of the most well-known parables.
We love it because we can recognize ourselves or others in the story, and who doesn’t know how to move away from the Father’s/God’s will with our lives?
We read that the younger son traveled to a faraway country – abroad.
When we refuse to do God’s will and show obedience to the Word, it is as if we are far away, even though we are in the same surroundings.
We know the feeling of being far away. Satan tempts with new experiences, independence, individuality and we can almost hear the whispering voice inside us “Now try the real life, it is much more fun, and you can be with friends – Enjoy the freedom”
The truth is, living away from God’s love and will does not make you happy. Quite the opposite. Instead, we can experience how sin and discouragement creep into our lives – and the happiness we sought abroad, away from God, does not come to us.
We compromise with our attitudes and our judgment of what is right and what is wrong, fail.
The God-given gifts and talents that we have received to be a blessing are not expressed in our lives at all because we prioritize wrongly.
Away from our Father’s will, we choose wrongly, and wrong decisions in life can have negative consequences. The prodigal son experienced it in his way – We experience it in other ways.
It negatively affects our thoughts, our minds and our actions.
We may end up feeling abandoned, lonely and rejected, just like the prodigal son.
When we have been abroad – away from the Father, we can easily get the thought that we have lost everything, including God’s love for us.
The story shows that GOD LOVES YOU AND ME, even though we move away from Him.
The prodigal son repented – went into himself – and returned home to his Father.
The Father walked/ran to meet the prodigal son. What love!
GOD THE FATHER ALSO MEETS YOU
AND ME WHERE
WE ARE ON OUR LIFE’S JOURNEY!
Our sin, mistakes and lack of obedience to the Word do not prevent God from loving you and me!
If we repent, acknowledge our sin and lack, then we will experience forgiveness and a new beginning with the Father.
YOU ARE LOVED
YOU ARE BELOVED
YOU ARE WORTHY

63 KINGSHIP

LINK

KINGSHIP
It is rare to find a king willingly giving up his power and living as an ordinary man, away from all pomp and splendor. But that is what Jesus did
Let us read Philippians 2:6-11:
THOUGH HE WAS IN THE FORM OF GOD,
HE DID NOT CLAIM
THEIR DIVINE RIGHTS:
NO, HE GAVE UP
BOTH POWER AND GLORY
AND TAKEN TO HIMSELF THE FORM OF A SERVANT.
HE BECAME A MAN
AMONG MEN.
It is incomprehensible how great a renunciation it was. Thus Jesus went about as an ordinary man, acquainted with sickness, poverty and met people with their needs. He preached about the kingdom of God and healed the sick.
But it doesn't stop there, because it continues
YES, HE BENT SO DEEP,
TO OBEDIENTLY DIE THE DEATH OF A CRIMINAL ON A CROSS.
For whom will you die? Jesus did it voluntarily, so that we could have life through Him. He erased everything that separated us from the love of God.
Therefore GOD HAS EXALTED HIM,
TO THE HEAVENLY GLORY
AND GIVEN HIM A NAME
WHICH IS ABOVE EVERY OTHER NAME,
SO THAT AT THE NAME OF JESUS EVERY KNEE SHOULD BEND,
IN HEAVEN
AND ON EARTH
AND UNDER THE EARTH
AND EVERY MOUTH SHOULD CONFESS,
TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER
JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!
If we were to briefly describe that event, it might sound like this:
JESUS BECAME WHAT WE ARE,
SO THAT WE SHOULD
BECOME WHAT HE IS
Through Christ we have become partakers of God's glory. Let us accept it so that we can serve him with joy.

62It is God's will and decision that He wants to save you.

LINK

It is God's will and decision that He wants to save you.

Do you ever feel weak?

Do you have trouble holding on to God?

Turn it around! See it from God's perspective. When Jesus came to earth, it was said: "To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God; they were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." (John 1:13). Becoming a child of God rests on God's initiative.

"In accordance with his good pleasure, he predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to himself" (Ephesians 1:5) Salvation is available to all people. God has decided it this way, and He is big enough to accommodate everyone. Think about how big God is to save you! His will is strong enough! He comes in with his strength where you are weak. Look at his strength instead of your own weakness.

Salvation means sosos which means rescue, make whole, save, salvation. God will save you from the situation you are in right now, put all your hope in Him, not in people first.

It is not your decision that you wanted God as your Father, it is the decision of God's will. God drew you to Jesus, Jesus put you with Him in Heaven so that you can freely come to God your Father.
Amen.

We have the general human love that many Christians also live in, it is limited by the nature of old Adam but does not love in spite of. It says we love, we have forgiven, but it does not forget what forgiveness is. When they do something they think is good, they do it only to get fat either with God or humans because. They must see, they are good, which no human being is in itself, they expect great thanks and honor they do not get it the offended taste the door and say, Now I have done all that for you and what are you doing for me! It is human nature love that demands something for something it is selfish love done in self-righteousness.

Something for something else I do not mind, it is NOT the fruit of the Spirit of God the Lord such as it is hypocrisy, religious dead deeds.

The Spirit of God's love, the Holy Spirit is pure in all things also in showing love. It makes no effort to show it's good, it's just that. It does nothing to love and be loved. It does not resent others. It forgives and forgets just as we are forgiven and all our sins / transgressions are forgiven and forgotten by God the Lord By virtue of Jesus, true love is in Jesus.

 KING OF KINGS

Today's chapter is. Revelation 22

Read the verse referenced

John Rev 19:11-16

We read in today's text that Jesus is exalted as KING. We read that He is coming back to earth to liberate His people and judge the world and establish His kingdom on earth. We also read that Christ is coming in power and majesty. Something completely different than when Jesus came the first time, born in Bethlehem of the Virgin Mary, as a helpless baby without pomp and splendor

Many still have this image of JESUS, as the baby

When JESUS comes again, every eye will see Him: Rev 1:7

BEHOLD HE COMING WITH THE CLOUDS AND EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM ALSO THOSE WHO HAVE
BORN THROUGH HIM

King JESUS does not come alone. An army will be with him dressed in white linen Rev 19:7-8

NOW IT IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY WHO REIGNS. LET US BE
REJOICE AND SPEAK AND PRAISE HIM. NOW THE LAMB'S
MARRIAGE FEAST CAN BEGUN…

The born-again Christians will be in that group of saints and angels. It describes the fulfillment of the Words where we will reign with Christ as, among others, Rev. 5:10 describes

At some point JESUS will reign on earth as KING and before that happens he wants to reign as KING in our lives – yours and mine!

Sometimes it is mostly JESUS as the SAVIOR that we focus on, but JESUS also wants to be KING in our lives today!

Salvation is, so to speak, the beginning of the blessings JESUS has for us. By more and more surrender and obedience to Him, we will experience that JESUS IS ALSO KING IN OUR LIVES, where we are transformed to resemble JESUS more and more. Rev. 22:12

Quite practical and very simple:
WHO IS KING IN YOUR LIFE?
Who guides you through life with decisions along the way?

JESUS wants to be king in your life in the small and big decisions, but that requires obedience and full surrender to KING JESUS YES, I AM COMING SOON, SAYS JESUS. I AM ALPHA AND OMEGA, THE FIRST AND THE LAST, THE BEGINNING AND
THE END Rev. 22:13

May His will be done in heaven and on earth in your and my heart

amen

59THERE IS A DIFFERENCE

LINK

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE

Why now just this, where do I want to go with it?

I want people to know the difference especially people from other nations may have a hard time seeing the difference between being acquainted, close friend or direct family.

In many other countries they call each other uncles aunts, mother and father cousins cousins without, they are directly related. And then someone thinks when people in Denmark open their home to them that they are actually family and can behave like family, but they are entitled to things not least money. That is a difference I would like to point out.

You can easily help, make a difference in a social work or other things, but therefore you have to make a difference not to consider one as a family member and think they can make families demands on the helper.

There is a big difference between acquaintances and close friends.

Everyone has acquaintances and close friends. But because you are close friends, you are NOT related to each other.

As acquaintances, you talk together and meet, but, you are not together as close friends it is. You can visit each other as acquaintances and have fun together as acquaintances, but the relationship of deep close friendship is not there.

Close friends are.

58 ESCAPE FROM TEMPTATIONS

LINK

ESCAPE FROM TEMPTATIONS

Hebrews 4 – v15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in all respects like as we are, yet without sin. v16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

We are all tempted in one way or another. The point is that we do not rely on our own willpower or character, but rely solely on the help we receive from the grace of Him who was tempted in all things, namely Christ. Only then can we overcome temptations.

MINISTRY

2 Corinthians 15 – v10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; I have labored more than any of them, that is, not I, BUT THE GRACE OF GOD WHICH WAS WITH ME. V11 But whether it was I or the others: so we preach, and so you believed.

The reason why Paul worked more and harder than the others was not due to his self-discipline and firm character, but the love of Christ (the reason for grace) was the driving force in his life. Because he had received so much grace, it was natural that it would drive him to do his utmost for Jesus, who had loved him so much.

THE END OF LIFE – JESUS COMING

1.Peter 1, v13

Therefore be vigilant, prepare your minds, gird up your loins, and SET YOUR HOPE ON THE GRACE THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU WHEN JESUS CHRIST IS REVEALED

When everything is to be settled at the end of life, it is important not to build on what we have done and accomplished, but to count on what Jesus did on the cross. For who has done enough? How much does it take for one to be satisfied with one’s efforts? And will God be satisfied with us?

But God is satisfied with what Jesus has done. If you are also satisfied with that, God is satisfied with you. Rest in the assurance that it is only by virtue of Jesus’ blood on the cross that the pearly gate will one day stand open for you and me.

…they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb (Rev. 7,14).

Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter through the gates into the city (Rev. 22:14).

READ THE SECTION WHERE THE VERSES ARE TAKEN FROM SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT.

Judas was at a distance from Jesus. He was driven by the desire for money, and often put his hand into his purse, and set aside some paltry mammon for himself. But Jesus still entrusted him with the purse even though he knew he was going to betray him. That's how Jesus is. He often puts people to manage things against all human common sense. Precisely to show the trust of his love to everyone.

Jesus told John to take care of his mother and friends. Do we do it? Meaning. Those who live closely with Jesus also receive favors. Meaning. You are not entrusted with anything, such as a ministry, if you do not live/walk in the Spirit in Jesus.

One of the services Jesus values is. Care, mercy. We are each other's members as helpers.

John. 20.1-4. Joh. Be close to Jesus and follow Him. Do we do it?

And it continues after the grave. Where are you today? At a distance or near Jesus?

Johannes. 21. 1-65 in special verse 5. There we see there were 7 people. the congregation etc. what we know and the number 7.

How about you. Are you betraying Jesus?
John 6. 60-71.

Judas was his friend but was a devil full of lies and deceit. How are you feeling? Do you betray your friends by gossiping?

Matthew. 3. 5.14-26.

Have you sold your friend Jesus for something else?

The revelation. 7.23 do you see it?

56 GOD'S MULTIPLE GRACE

LINK

GOD'S MULTIPLE GRACE
There is one aspect of God's grace that I think many have overlooked, namely the power and strength that grace gives us as Christians. Some stop at the first elements I have mentioned, namely forgiveness and salvation. But there is much more to be gained from God's true grace. It is truly multifaceted and far-reaching.

The moment we understand how abundantly rich God's grace is, it will affect us and our walk in a positive direction.

STRENGTH
2 Corinthians 12 – v7 And to keep me from being exalted above measure through the surpassing greatness of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan, to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. v8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord that it might be taken from me, v9 but he said, “MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU, FOR MY POWER IS MADE PERFECT FOR YOU.” Most gladly, then, I will boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. v10 Therefore I am content with weaknesses, with insults, with hardships, with persecutions, with difficulties for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

You will not become strong in the Lord until you see how weak you are in yourself. Only when you have stopped trying to succeed in your own strength and by your own efforts will God’s power work in you and through you, so that you can endure hardship and trials. The devil was unable to break Paul because the apostle lived in grace. Despite the accuser’s repeated attacks (probably reminders of his previous persecutions of Christians), Paul chose to trust in grace.

2 Timothy – v1 And you, my child, BE STRONG BY GRACE (draw strength from grace) IN CHRIST JESUS!

The power of grace was to help Timothy fight, work, and finish the race (see verses 3-7).
Grace is not just an emergency exit or a safety net when everything goes wrong, but a strength to face all the challenges of life and come out victorious from difficulties.
Hebrews 13 – v9 Do not be led astray by all kinds of strange teachings; for IT IS GOOD THAT THE HEART BE STRENGTHENED BY GRACE, and not by a certain kind of food, which has never benefited those who paid attention to it.

If you put your trust in what you do and what you can, even in the kingdom of God, you may become proud, but never strong. The author warns against drawing strength from anything other than God's grace. It is also enough for you and me, in the midst of difficult times, such as we are experiencing today.

55Leaning on the Beloved

LINK

Leaning on the Beloved

Who is this that cometh up out of the wilderness, leaning on her beloved?
Song of Solomon 8:5

To lean on the beloved is faith—faith that looks to Christ, as distinct from feeling that looks to itself. Faith looks to what the Lord has here done and said, as to justification and sanctification.

There are many cases where we have no express promise to pray for, and yet faith has room to work. The Canaanite woman had no such promise, nor did the centurion; they were both Gentiles, and their prayers were for temporal blessings. And yet in both cases Christ was happy with their trust in Him. These were the only cases where He said He had found great faith, and He gave them all they desired.

The Canaanite woman had heard of Christ and His ways, the kindness and compassion He showed to the multitudes. What He did for others, He could do for her daughter, and she determined to approach Him. Open rejection could not shake her from her faith in Him: 'Yes, Lord, for' -. The officer felt utterly unworthy, had very low thoughts of himself and very high thoughts of the person of Christ, and true thoughts of His heart: 'But say the word.' Faith believes nothing bad about God, but all good about Him. It leans on His grace, even when it cannot point to His faithfulness and say, 'Do as You have said.'

The Lord is pleased with faith that shows itself in this way. 'Do this for me because You are gracious' rather than 'because You are faithful.' David showed this faith in God when he preferred to fall into the hands of God rather than into the hands of men. Such trust in Him brings joy to Christ. Shall we not please Him by trusting in Him, whether we have a promise or not?

The Lord acknowledged the faith of these two, by, after testing it, doing what He had not promised. Similar cases are constantly occurring among ourselves. You pray for a friend who is sick or in trouble. You cannot go to Him and say that He has promised to remove these, and it may not be to His glory that they should be removed. You may look at the verse, 'Whatsoever ye shall ask in My name, that will I do,' and yet you cannot point to a promise of the promised blessing, and therefore you cannot pray in faith that you have it. And yet faith has its place here. It looks to Him to give you what you want, and your prayer will be heard, and He will respect your faith in Him.

54 MAYBE WHEN YOU GET TO HEAVEN

MAYBE WHEN YOU GET TO HEAVEN

Today's chapter is John 9

Read the section the verse refers to

Without health Without wealth. Without fame Without a great name. Without learning. Without salary Without culture. Without beauty. Without friends. And without ten thousand other things
But you can never get to heaven without Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only way for you to get to Heaven. "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but by me." John 14:6.
Every name that you have known will lose its glory and pass away. But Jesus, who is the first and the last, his name will endure forever. This you must do.

Repent (turn from your sins) Sin is that you do not believe in Jesus, the Son of God. Sin means that you miss God's goal with you.
God has overlooked the times of ignorance, but now he sends people the
message that they should all everywhere repent. Acts 17:30,31.
FAITH
Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household. Acts 16:31.
Call on the Lord Jesus.
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Rom. 10:13.
Confess Jesus openly.
When you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Rom. 10:9. If you have done these things and continue to do them for the rest of your life, you are born again and a child of God. You are saved.

53 NO CONDEMNATION – but LOVE

LINK

NO CONDEMNATION – but LOVE

Today's chapter is. Ephesians 3

Read the section verse refers to forgiveness
God our Father's love for his children is so inexhaustible that we can never understand, grasp or measure it. (Eph. 3:14-19). God's love is constant, unchanging and eternal! Sometimes our feelings or experiences can mistakenly suggest otherwise.

In our minds, we think that this great love also goes hand in hand with our good behavior. When we have been good, and have behaved exemplary, we are more loved by God, we think. When we make mistakes or sins, we question it. After many mistakes, we come to the conclusion that God does not care about us anymore, and in our minds, we distance ourselves from God because we give room to this lie in our minds.

The truth is that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus! Everything that would condemn us, Jesus has already borne on the cross. Jesus was found guilty in our place, so that we could experience being without condemnation, forever.

THE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID
IT IS COMPLETE!

God does not excuse our sins, He forgives them! He is a loving Father who desires when we fail to bring us back into His embrace and change our lives. (Heb. 12:7). However, He allows us to experience the consequences of our sin and mistakes – but there is NO “divine condemnation”!

Open your heart and your thoughts to God’s love in your life, and in your situation today. Do not let condemnation destroy your relationship with God and people.

Repent, ask for forgiveness, and go away and sin no more.

“There is therefore now condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.
Rom. 8:1-2

Paul’s Letter to the Philippians.
“But whatever things were gain to me, these I now consider loss for the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being conformed to his death, if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead!”
Paul’s Letter to the Philippians. Chapter 3:7-11.
Amen.

THE BELOVED JESUS
The beloved Jesus has fought for peace in the midst of the great of your lives. He took your fight and gave you a wonderful story. So thank him and thank him for the view !!
"One day Jesus said to his disciples, "Let us get into a boat and go over to the other side of the lake." So they set sail, soon Jesus fell asleep. The wind rose and the fierce wind became violent threatening to swamp their boat. Then the disciples woke Jesus up and said, "Master, master, we are sinking! Don't you care that we are drowning?"
With great authority Jesus rebuked the howling wind and the raging waves, and immediately they stopped and became as smooth as glass. 25 Then Jesus said to them, "Why are you afraid? Have you lost your faith in me?"
They were shocked and shook with amazement, saying to one another, "Who then is this, that he has authority over the winds and the waves, that they obey him?"

LINK

THE EARLY CHURCH A NEW BEGINNING FOR CHRISTIANS

“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and ordinary men, they marveled; for they knew that they had been with Jesus” (Acts 4:13).

The greatest obstacle Jesus encountered among his followers was their preconceived ideas. The disciples paid no attention to what Jesus said if it did not fit their own ideas of what he should be. Right up until his ascension, they continued to question him about the deliverance of Israel from Roman rule.

It was only after ten days of prayer and close fellowship in the presence of God that their prejudices finally began to be replaced with the truth, and the disciples were ready to hear what God was saying to them. This paved the way for the incredible events of Pentecost.

Of course, the church still faced many challenges, especially from local religious leaders. Many of these leaders were just as determined to silence the disciples as they had been with Jesus.

Mos.18.1-5. Abraham was visited by angels.

How do you treat your guests? Or maybe you do not have that many guests? Maybe you have chosen to close your door to "outsiders". Be aware. All those you yourself think are irrelevant, Jesus comes by.

See here in Close. Who Jesus was with. Luke 5: 27-32. Was there anyone similar to those you would not invite inside?

I Luk.10.33-37. It tells of the Good Samaritan. How about you? Are you thinking. Well I do not have it like them, or am like them? I should not enjoy giving them a helping hand.

You need to reach out to your fellow human beings and not just walk by.

You think you can not do anything, it just gives you problems. Are you so nice that you do not want to let someone who smells and is out in the dirt sit at your table?

Do you dare to be honest about the setting of your heart?

Maybe you long for more of God?

Yes, but then you must first give what you have before you can get more.

Give and it will be given to you, says Jesus.

You do not get until you give what you have already received.

It is the living faith in the powe

It is the living faith in the power and living life of the Holy Spirit that we are talking about here

and the devil; the faith that wins mighty victories for God is also created by the Word of God. (Read 1 John 5:4; Eph. 6:16; Heb. 11:33-34). Very early in my ministry I read a sermon by Moody. It said something to the effect that a man who had no faith would never amount to anything. I thought, "That sermon is true; I must have faith." And so I set about trying to build up faith, but I failed. The more I tried, the less faith I had. This continued until one day I came across the words: "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ." Rom. 10:17. Now I understood the secret of faith, one of the greatest secrets I have ever discovered. From that moment on I began to nourish my faith with the word of God, and as I have continued to nourish it, it has continued to grow. So we see that in every respect faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of God. If we are to have a powerful faith, the word of God must be our daily and constant food; faith must have abundant nourishment.

48I am the first and I am the last

I am the first and I am the last

I am the first and I am the last, there is no other God besides me. Isa 44:6.

Who among us can understand God with our minds? Can you understand that you have eternal life? Can you understand that you will one day leave your body and be lifted up into heaven?

I must say as in Psalms. 126. I am also like a dreamer. Nevertheless, I know it is true. Jesus has truly saved and redeemed me completely. I know that one day I will see Jesus and be with God for all eternity. How can I know it when no one can grasp or understand it? I can do this because. God's SpiritThe Holy Spirit convinces me of all things within me, and from within me flows the life of eternal life. I know one thing because. God is reality to me. I have been convinced. God in Jesus is the first, and I God, am the last, there is no other God besides me. Isa 44:6.

Here again it is Jesus who is pointed to. He is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end of all life.

If I try to think about all that about God and Jesus and eternal life, I sometimes get completely confused because my own thoughts form their own opinions about God and that does not fit with the words of the Bible. But, my heart does not lie. I know who I believe in and who is my God. And I will be with Him forever, even while I am still on earth.

Jesus Christ is the first, and Jesus Christ is the last, there is no other God but Jesus Christ. (Freely translated from Isaiah 44:6).

That should be my greeting to you. Let Jesus be your beginning of your life and the end of your life. Then you can be completely safe even though everything is about to fall apart around your ears.
Amen.

THE GOOD PART IS NECESSARY

Let us remember to take a break from everything in everyday life and just sit down with Jesus.

In the old days when it started to get dark, people calmed down. They held devotionals, read the Bible, prayed songs together if necessary. collector. are we doing it today? Or will TV internet be what we replace our quiet hours with?

We can ask ourselves.

What is the first thing we think about when we wake up?

What is the last thing we think about just before we go to sleep?

Try noting it and see what you think.

Have you chosen the good part?

(Jesus says): But one thing is needful. Maria has chosen the good part and it should not be taken from her. Lk 10,42.

Have you chosen the good part of God for you? Jesus Christ as your life?

Have you chosen by living Christ, the good part?

If you have this, then the word is for you today. You have chosen the necessary, the good part, it should not be taken from you.

Stay in Jesus today too.

46 The Good Shepherd

The Good Shepherd

John 10 verses 1-10.

Jesus is the good God, the good shepherd, but only within His pasture area that we as His sheep are put in, inside not outside, remember that.

You cannot graze anywhere else except where Jesus is the shepherd who provides for you

v1. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. v2. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. v3. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. v4. When he has put out all his own sheep, he goes before them, and they follow him, because they know his voice. v5. But a stranger they will never follow; but they will flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers.” v6. Jesus spoke this parable to them, but they did not understand what he was saying to them.

v7 . Jesus said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door for the sheep. v8. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. v9. I am the door. Whoever enters through me will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.

V10. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly.

This is your way, if you will.

Jesus will. But will you follow Him and be faithful to Him?

It is free to be saved/born again, but you must be aware that if you want to walk with Jesus as your Shepherd and His other sheep and lambs in His fold, it will cost you everything you own. Everything that you yourself believe is so right and good has no value unless Jesus does it through you by His Spirit. So He does not have any "black" sheep or any mixed sheep, someone who is both one and the other. I want to say. When I write "black" sheep I do not mean the color of people but the color of your heart and mind from which your thoughts and life originate. Jesus only has clean washed sheep and not anyone who is half dirty. In the blood of Jesus everyone is cleansed from all their own injustice and life. And everyone who wants to be cleansed will be. But not without you yourself entering the fold of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is the door into the fold, but you must enter through the door of Jesus Christ yourself, otherwise you will always stand outside bawling, and only hear and see how the sheep inside the fold are doing and experiencing everything with God in Jesus.

Welcome to enter through the door and into the fold. Outside or inside where will Jesus find you when He comes back to earth to take His flock inside the fold to Himself?

Amen.

45 The Great Controversy

LINK

All mankind is now involved in a great controversy between Christ and Satan, a controversy concerning the character of God, His law, and His sovereignty over the universe. This controversy began in heaven when a created being, endowed with free will, in self-exaltation became Satan, the adversary of God, and led a portion of the angels into rebellion. He brought the spirit of rebellion into this world when he led Adam and Eve into sin. Man's sin caused the image of God in man to be distorted, the created world to be disordered, and finally destroyed by a global flood. All creation is witness that this world became the scene of the great controversy which affects the whole universe, and out of which the love of God will ultimately be exalted, vindicated, and vindicated. To help His people in this struggle, Christ sends the Holy Spirit and loyal angels to guide, protect, and strengthen His people on the path of salvation.

You have the living and enduring word of the Bible because this is the truth

44THE HOLY SPIRIT - OUR GUIDE AND HELPER...

THE HOLY SPIRIT - OUR GUIDE AND HELPER...
John 16:12-15

As children of the living God, we are all on a journey.
On our journey towards heaven, there are many choices we have to make along the way and crossroads where we have to choose the right one. Many things in the course of life can bring frustration and confusion upon us, and how can we know which path to choose?

Jesus is always the Son of the living God, the son says. You must walk this way to avoid accidents that will come on the other guide. He is the chief shepherd who has his shepherd's staff in his hand, he takes you like a sheep and each of you to himself in the Spirit of his security.

Jesus promised to give us an ever-present Helper, the Holy Spirit. A gift that is for every believer. The task of the Holy Spirit is, among other things, to lead us into the whole truth. He will lead us on the right path, like a compass pointing out the direction. He makes no mistakes.

The Holy Spirit is the same Spirit that is in the person of God the Father, and in the Son Jesus. There are many copy spirits around in people who may look a bit like the true Spirit but who are not, we feel that in our spirits when we meet someone who says they are Christians but in reality are copy spirits who want to copy God's kingdom in us without them God owns his own Spirit in him.

But for us it is different.
We have received the very same Spirit, the Holy Spirit our comforter, admonisher, guide, the Holy Spirit into us is the life of God within us which shines out of us in our lives. The Holy Spirit guides us in and to the whole truth, also everything that is not in the Bible He explains/interprets for each and every one of us. Here it is not about the different gifts of the spirit that not all Christians have received, but whether we all really have the Spirit of truth, the same Spirit in us, the Holy Spirit.

Now you may think that if the Holy Spirit is in me, and never makes mistakes, why is there a mess in my life and my choices?

The leading of the Holy Spirit is ALWAYS right, but our response may not always be right.

We forget to listen to God and Jesus inside us. Often God quietly shares the thoughts of his heart like our thoughts that suddenly appear in our thoughts. He also speaks out loud with words or repeats things we see and hear, he speaks and works through, but we don't always hear it, we don't always see it because our thoughts are sometimes filled with everything else, everything we see on TV, on the Internet and elsewhere. enters the life of our thoughts and influences us so that we think and live what we see and hear.

As a rule, it is the first thought we get or input, it is God's answer and speech to us, but often quite quickly a lot of other thoughts pop up and contradict the first thought or input so we overhear the voice of the Holy Spirit. Then we have chaos in our minds and can't figure out what God was actually telling us.

SURRENDERING YOURSELF AND YOUR WILL TO GOD IS AN IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE TO EXPERIENCE GOD'S CLEAR LEADERSHIP!

We cannot deal with sin and act arbitrarily in situations, and then at the same time expect the Holy

THE LOST SON AND THE OUTDOOR FATHER

"Then he went in himself, thinking" (Luke 15:17).

Yes, he thought about how he could admit and confess his defeat to his father and how he could be allowed to have just a slightly better life than the misery his wrong choice and sad fate had subsequently proved to him. He represents the careless and subsequently calculating human being - THE CALCULATING MAN! He did not think of his father's love. He did not consider at all that everything could get well again. He did not deserve this!

"While he was still a long way off, his father saw him, and he had compassion on him, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him." (Luke 15:20).

Think - before the son had the opportunity to speak his own case, his loving and happy father ran off to welcome his beloved child home again. THE GRACEFUL AND LOVING FATHER showed his true nature. Had the son known his father better, he would probably have hurried home a long time ago to cry at his feet.

When we know our heavenly Father properly, we do not have to wonder how we can do all the good things again - for he himself has done all the good things for us again!

No self-examination or effort can match the love of God's great and rich grace.

Once we can see our own misery and His greatness through His GRACE at Jesus' crucifixion - then we can tacitly accept and just be happy with Him!

42as many as

as many as
Today's chapter is Romans 8

Read the section we refer to.

Romans 8. 14-18. As many as are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. As children of God we are His heirs. But we at the same time are servants of Jesus Christ on earth. That is. If we are in the Spirit and led, governed by the Spirit of God we are God's ambassadors on earth. We are God's representatives because. It is not we who live anymore but Jesus Christ in us. We can only be Christ's co-servants on earth if we have died to ourselves. We are powerless in ourselves because of sin. But by the power of Jesus Christ we also manage to live to God's pleasure by being in the Spirit and believing what we preach.

Romans 5.5. And hope does not disappoint because. The love of Jesus Christ has been poured out in our hearts. It is not in our own hope that we go to the people God in Jesus sends us to. It is in the hope of Jesus Christ in the hope of God that does not put to shame. Notice. It does not say that we are not put to shame by men. We are mocked, spat upon and shouted at just as Jesus was, so we are too. But we are never put to shame before God. It is God the Lord who is our whole strength and in Him we are able to do everything that He commands us to do. His work is that we are created for the good works of God, which God has predestined every Christian for.

We are, God stewards of the various talents and grace gifts that God has voluntarily given to each individual. But it is up to you and me whether we want to use those gifts on ourselves and our own lives or we want and do it, make ourselves available to God. God has given people their free will. We, serve Jesus Christ completely voluntarily, not out of compulsion but out of love for God the Lord because. He gave us His Son, and Jesus the Son voluntarily died and rose for our sins. He gave us everything. That is why someone has chosen to give Him everything back. That is why we voluntarily submit to the law of God's Word and let God be our employer. We cannot do otherwise. The love with which we were first loved lives in us by faith. By God's grace we are what we are. God's servants on earth.
If we were not to serve God while we are here, He could just as well say. When you are saved, born again, you will immediately leave the earth and not come to Heaven! The Son of Man did not come to be served. He came to save and rescue the lost. In exactly the same way, we are sent out by the power of Jesus to reconcile people with God by being witnesses for the Lord Jesus.
Think about it the next time you want to go to church. God's service is to serve God wholeheartedly, not just as something you do and are on Sundays. You are God's servant 24 hours a day.
