TODAY IT IS ABOUT PSALM 108 IT IS YOURS

v1 A song. A psalm of David.

v2 My heart is steadfast, O God,
I will sing and play.
Awake, my soul,
v3 Awake, harp and lyre,
I will awaken the dawn.

v4 I will give thanks to you among the nations, O Lord,
I will sing praises to you among the peoples.
v5 For your goodness reaches to the heavens,
your faithfulness to the clouds.

v6 Be exalted above the heavens, O God,
let your glory be over all the earth!
v7 Give victory with your right hand,
answer me,
so that your loved ones may be saved.

v8 God has spoken in his sanctuary:
With rejoicing I will divide the land of Shechem
and measure out the valley of Succoth.
v9 Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine;
Ephraim is my helmet,
Judah is my scepter.
v10 Moab is my washbowl;
on Edom I cast out my shoe;
over Philistia I triumph.

v11 Who will bring me into the fortified city?
who will lead me into Edom?

v12 For you, O God, have rejected us;
you do not go out with our armies.

v13 Give us help against the enemy;
for human help is of no avail.
v14 With God we shall be victorious;
he will trample down our enemies.
